The Google began testing a new design of the navigation bar that includes two layouts, the old and new. The new bar area out a bit responsible for Google + right, but it also shows links to various Google services horizontally. The old bar had changed the location of services, which began to be hidden in the Google logo, while also exhibiting the name of the user logged in the upper right. Should he participate in the Google network + the number of notifications would also be displayed.
No one knows for sure when Google began testing this new design of the bar, but it may have been motivated by the dissatisfaction of users when the first change happened.
