The co-founder of Google Sergey Brin was spotted wearing augmented reality glasses developed by the company.
An American blogger Robert Scoble met Brin at a hotel in San Francisco. Seeing that the officer was wearing glasses, as shown by Google on Wednesday (4), took a picture with his camera and posted the picture on Instagram and Twitter.
Scoble said that Brin would not let him test the glasses, which communicate with the smartphone to display information directly in the eye of the user. However, he claims that the device seems to be light and seemed to be blinking while talking to Brin.
Glasses of the future
Google unveiled on Wednesday (4) the first images of the glasses with augmented reality technology that the company is developing.
The prototype shown by Google transmits information from the Internet for spectacles and allows users to send and receive messages via voice command. In the video released by Google ( go here ), the goggles also have a built-in camera.
According to “The New York Times”, the glasses are not yet expected to reach the market. However, Google should test them on the streets of the United States this year.
